Back to School Means Picture Day!
It's that time again...Back to School!
I will be the first to admit how sad this makes me. Summer just got started and now we are looking school days square in the face. I love summer, the warmth and a break from schedules and the hustle and bustle. Back to school means fall is just around the corner...which mean dark cold days are close behind.
Don't get me wrong. I like Fall and the Holidays. However, I just like to enjoy the present moment we are currently in a bit more. I caught my first glimpse of Halloween candy and holiday decor the other day and find it a bit daunting... even stress inducing lol. Perhaps that's one reason photography calls to me. It's a way to freeze moments in time and slow things down.
So, for many, back to school means back to craziness. Forms, papers, schedules more forms and more papers. I thought this year I would offer a way to reduce a bit of back to school stress by offering an alternative to Picture Day! I can't think of a single time I heard someone rave about their child's school picture.
August 23rd and 24th I am holding all day back to school Picture Day sessions outside. These are similar in that they are a single pose and packages are ordered. That's about the only thing that will be like school pictures.

All of my packages are customizable so that parents can order exactly what they need. You won't be left with 24 extra wallets laying around. If you have multiple children you can include them all in the same order which means you can mix and match you package! Sibling portraits can also be done.
